1. General Sales and Delivery Conditions / Generelle salgs- og leveringsbetingelser
Norwegian:
Disse vilkårene gjelder for alle kjøp og bestillinger gjort hos Luckly Games AS. Våre salgs- og leveringsbetingelser er utarbeidet i henhold til angrerettloven, forbrukerkjøpsloven og øvrig gjeldende norsk lovgivning.
Ved å handle hos oss godtar du disse vilkårene. For å handle via vår nettside må du være minst 16 år gammel og ha leveringsadresse i Norge for forseglede produkter.

These terms apply to all purchases and orders made with Luckly Games AS. Our sales and delivery conditions are established in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, and other applicable Norwegian laws.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. To shop on our website, you must be at least 16 years old and have a delivery address within Norway for sealed products.

3. Shipping / Frakt
Norwegian:
Alle pakker sendes med Posten/Bring. Fraktpriser varierer fra kr 39 til kr 99. Svært store pakker (over 20 kg) kan ha høyere fraktkostnad. Endelig fraktkostnad vises i kassen før betaling.
Normal leveringstid er 2–5 virkedager.
Hvis du velger et fraktalternativ med sporing, vil du motta varsling når pakken sendes og leveres, enten hjem til deg eller til nærmeste utleveringssted. Forsinkelser kan forekomme i perioder med stor pågang hos transportøren.

All packages are shipped via Posten/Bring. Shipping costs range from NOK 39 to NOK 99. Very large packages (over 20 kg) may incur higher shipping fees. The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.
Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days.
If you choose a tracked shipping option, you will receive notifications when your package is sent and delivered, either to your home or the nearest pickup location. Delays may occur during periods of high carrier demand.
4. Changing or Cancelling Orders / Endring eller kansellering av bestilling
Norwegian:
Hvis du ønsker å endre eller kansellere en bestilling, kontakt oss så raskt som mulig på aaron@lucklygames.no.
Når en bestilling har forlatt vårt lager, kan den ikke endres eller kanselleres. I slike tilfeller kan angreretten benyttes.
English:
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at aaron@lucklygames.no.
Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In such cases, the right of withdrawal may be used.
5. Payment Methods / Betalingsmåte
Norwegian:
Vi tilbyr kortbetaling. Beløpet reserveres på kortet ved bestilling og trekkes når varen sendes.
English:
Card payment only. The amount is reserved on the card at the time of order and charged when the product is shipped.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal / Angrerett og retur
Norwegian:
Vi tilbyr 14 dagers angrerett på forseglede produkter fra den dagen du mottar varen.
Kun forseglede og uåpnede produkter kan returneres. All originalemballasje må være intakt og i salgbar stand. Returretten gjelder kun for privatpersoner (B2C).
Hvordan returnere: Kontakt oss på aaron@lucklygames.no før du sender returen for godkjenning og instruksjoner. Pakk produktet forsvarlig, legg ved følgeseddelen, og send pakken til:

Returporto dekkes av kjøper med mindre annet er avtalt.

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on sealed products from the day you receive the item.
Only sealed and unopened products can be returned. All original packaging must be intact and in resellable condition. Returns apply only to private consumers (B2C).
How to return: Contact us at aaron@lucklygames.no before sending a return for approval and instructions. Pack the product securely, include the packing slip, and send the package to:

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Live Breaks (Rip & Ship)
Norwegian:
Alle kjøp av Live Breaks (Rip & Ship) er endelige og kan ikke refunderes eller byttes.
Internasjonale kunder kan kjøpe Live Breaks. Frakt må avtales via e-post på aaron@lucklygames.no og pakker sendes én gang per måned.
Live Breaks åpnes på kundens vegne, og derfor er retur eller refusjon ikke mulig.
English:
All Live Breaks (Rip & Ship) purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
International buyers may purchase Live Breaks. Shipping arrangements must be coordinated via email at aaron@lucklygames.no, and shipments are sent once per month.
Live Breaks are opened on behalf of the customer; returns or refunds are not possible.
8. Warranty and Complaints / Reklamasjon
Norwegian:
Hvis du mottar en vare med feil eller mangler, kontakt oss så raskt som mulig på aaron@lucklygames.no. Vi vil da finne en løsning uten ekstra kostnad.
English:
If you receive a product that is defective or does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at aaron@lucklygames.no. We will work with you to find a solution at no extra cost.
9. International Shipping / Internasjonal frakt
Norwegian:
Forseglede produkter kan foreløpig kun sendes innen Norge. Internasjonal frakt av forseglede produkter er ikke tilgjengelig.
Live Breaks er de eneste produktene som kan sendes internasjonalt, under de betingelsene som er beskrevet ovenfor.
English:
Sealed products can currently only be shipped within Norway. International shipping of sealed products is not available.
Live Breaks are the only products eligible for international shipping under the conditions described above.
10. Limitation of Liability / Ansvarsbegrensning
Norwegian:
Luckly Games AS er ikke ansvarlig for indirekte, tilfeldige eller følgeskader som oppstår som følge av kjøp, bruk eller manglende mulighet til å bruke våre produkter, med mindre norsk lov krever annet. Vårt totale ansvar for ethvert krav skal ikke overstige kjøpesummen for produktet.

Luckly Games AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products, except as required by Norwegian law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
11. Privacy / Personvern

Vi respekterer ditt personvern. Personopplysninger samles inn og behandles i henhold til norsk lov og vår personvernerklæring, som finnes på nettsiden vår.
English:
We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Norwegian law and our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
