• Sell unwanted pulls using the Luckly Games BUY Sheet
• Add more items anytime (still within the same 90-day stay)

• Place a PokéHotel Checkout order
• Pay the flat 149 NOK shipping fee
• Your cards are packed, tracked, and sent home

🚪 Abandoned PokéHotels

After the 90-day storage period, you will have 7 days to:

• Request shipping
• Request disposal

If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the PokéHotel will be considered abandoned and discarded.

🆔 Required Guest Information

To ensure smooth and secure handling, all PokéHotel guests must provide:

• ✅ Discord username (required for trading feature)
• ✅ YouTube or Twitch username (depending on where the purchase was made)

This information must be added at checkout in the order notes so we can correctly match you to your hotel.

🔐 Storage Conditions & Liability

• Items are stored at the customer's own risk
• PokéHotel items are not insured while in storage
• We track who has a PokéHotel, not a detailed item-by-item inventory
• 👉 Guests are responsible for keeping track of what they have stored
